POP Purchase Order Complete but Invoice Missing on Supplier's Account

If you have a purchase order with a status of Complete and it was created in Sage 200 but you can't see the invoice on the supplier account, there may have been a crash, network drop out or power loss at the time of posting and it may have been caught in a screen for you to repost.

That screen is Purchase Ledger > Enter Transactions > Batched Transactions (Manager)


If any records here need posting, click the Commit button to repost the invoice to the supplier's account. 


You can also Delete it if it is no longer required. But you may end up with differences between purchase orders and invoice totals.
